1. Develop, implementing and revising internal control regime, legal compliance regime, corporate-compliance related policies and regulations 2. Review all kind of internal regulations of the company to ensure the compliance with legal regulations 3. Building compliance annual plan and reporting on quarter, semi-annual & annual basis 4. Monitoring the change of law and relevant legislation applicable to the Company, and assist other departments in responding to these changes 5. Conducting periodic assessment and monitoring legal compliance activities to identify compliance risk 6. Implementing an ongoing legal compliance training program for employees and agents 7. Provide advices, performing self-assessment, compliance monitoring, training and reporting to comply with FATCA Act 8. Reporting to senior management and parent company on matters relating to legal compliance 9. Improving relevant issues raised by internal audit, independent auditor or competent authorities 10. Other relevant tasks assigned by Dept. Head |
